Terms of use

Updated 18 October 2026

By using Hallall Kosova, you accept these terms. We’ve kept them short and clear.

What Hallall Kosova is

An independent directory of venues whose owners have signed an oath in the name of Allah that the food they offer is halal. We are not part of the Islamic Community of Kosovo and we do not issue halal certificates.

The oath and responsibility

Each venue’s status is based solely on the owner’s oath, and responsibility for its truth lies with the owner. We confirm the owner’s identity and the venue’s details, but we do not inspect kitchens or suppliers.

Conditions for owners

  • You must be the owner or an authorised representative of the venue.
  • The details and photos you submit must be accurate, and you must have the right to use them.
  • You must tell us if anything changes that affects the oath.
  • The oath is renewed every 6 months. Venues that don’t renew are hidden automatically.

Removal from the list

We may remove a venue if we have reason to believe the oath isn’t being kept, if its details are inaccurate, or if the oath isn’t renewed. Owners can ask for removal at any time.

Reports

If you think a venue isn’t keeping its oath, report it through the contact page. We review reports carefully and never publish the name of the person reporting.

Limitation of liability

Information on the site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we can’t guarantee every detail is complete or up to date. Where you choose to eat is your decision.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo.
