Privacy policy
Updated 18 October 2026This policy explains what data Hallall Kosova collects, why, and how we protect it. We collect only what we need to publish venues and reply to messages.
What we collect
- When you apply with a venue, the venue’s name and details, opening hours, Google Maps link, photos, the contact person’s name, phone and email, and the name of the owner who signs the oath.
- When you write to us through the contact form, your name, email and message.
- When you visit the site, your approximate city based on your IP address, so we can show venues near you. We do not store your IP address.
- In your browser we save the language and city you chose. We don’t use cookies for advertising or tracking.
Why we use it
- To review applications and confirm that the signatory owns the venue.
- To publish the venue profile and send oath renewal reminders.
- To reply to messages and reports.
What is shown publicly
A venue profile shows its name, category, address, hours, photos, oath date and renewal date. The owner’s name and the contact phone and email are not published.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell data. We store it with providers that keep the site running, Supabase (database and photos), Resend (sending emails) and Netlify (hosting and city from IP). They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep venue data while the venue is listed. When a venue is removed, we delete its data within 12 months, unless the law requires otherwise. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hallallkosova@gmail.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to Kosovo’s Information and Privacy Agency.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. For significant changes we notify venue owners by email.
